As you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer, we may organise the manufacture of the component the day you order it.
Once the order is placed you will receive an email letting you know the “Order is in Process” normally within 24 hours. You will then receive an email letting you know the “Item is on its way”. This email will contain your tracking number and item details.
Finally, once the courier has received your signature you will receive an email saying “Item Received”.
Saying Kindly… We do not offer any refunds unless the item is faulty/damaged (so please choose carefully). If the item is faulty/damaged, we will put our tail between our legs and make it up to you.
The replacement item will be sent to you by priority courier and we will keep in personal contact with you through the process.
